Who is a Catacomb Christian?

The answer to this question is very simple: Just about all Christians are Catacomb Christians.

In the early church, during times of severe persecution, church members would go underground, into the tombs of their dead, to gather for worship and fellowship.

When the Emperor Constantine legalized Christianity in the ancient Roman Empire, and the overt persecution subsided, Christians emerged from the catacombs to worship and live their Christian lives openly.

Or did they?
